General
All contracts are according to MrUSB terms and conditions, which is made up of :-
- these Conditions of Use
- the Shipping & Returns section
- the Privacy section.

Registering with, and each subsequent visit to the MrUSB web site confirms that you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions, as apply at that time.

Applicable Law
All contracts are conducted according to English law.
By placing an order, you are agreeing to be bound by such law, as applicable at that time.

Title
Title to the goods does not pass until payment is received in full

Acceptance of Orders
Acceptance of all orders is at the discretion and on the terms of Linkwebb.co.uk Ltd
Any order not accepted will be immediately credited in full
Orders for mutliple items may not be accepted as shipping costs may exceed that charged.
(please note that margins are kept to a minimum and may therefore not cover the additional carriage charge)

Returns
Returns will only be permitted under the following conditions:-
- the company is notified of your intention to return the goods under the 7 day rule, within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- All goods returned under the 7 day rule are returned at the customers expense.
- Prior authorisation has been obtained by e-mailing sales@mrusb.com
- Goods are returned immediately (following authorisation), unused, complete and in the original packaging.
- Goods returned as faulty will be repaired or replaced free of charge
- Refunds, other than for faulty goods or goods returned under the 7 day rule, will be subject to a 10% handling fee and will not include shipping. This is to cover the costs incurred, including the credit card charges.

Warranty
All goods come with a one year warranty against defective parts and workmanship.
The warranty is on the basis of return-to-base at the customers expense, for repair or replacement.
All goods returned must be in the original packaging with complete contents (CD, manuals etc)
All guarantees and warranties greater than one year (where given) will be by and the responsibility of, the manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability
Linkwebb.co.uk Ltd (including MrUSB and any other trading name or subsidiary) disclaims all warranties (other than as mentioned above), express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Linkwebb.co.uk Ltd (including Mr USB and any other trading name or subsidiary) will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential losses, howsoever caused.

Payment is handled by either by WorldPay or Paypal using their secure servers.

Product Description
